AJWT Terms & Conditions
1. Overview
A Journey Worth Traveling (“AJWT,” “we,” “us,” “our”) provides made-to-order merchandise that is produced specifically for each customer at the time an order is placed. By purchasing from
our store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions as well as our Return & Quality Policy and
Privacy Policy. Because all items are created on demand, all sales are final.

2. Made-to-Order Production
All AJWT products are manufactured when your order is submitted.
For this reason:
• Orders begin production immediately
• Orders cannot be changed, edited, or canceled once placed
• Items cannot be exchanged for a different size, color, or style
Processing time: 2–5 business days
Shipping time: varies by location
Tracking information will be emailed once shipped.

3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
We may update product availability, pricing, or promotions at any time.
Payment must be completed at checkout before your order enters production.

4. No Returns or Exchanges
AJWT does not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including:
• Sizing issues
• Color preference
• Change of mind
• General dissatisfaction
Customers are responsible for reviewing size charts, product descriptions, and photos prior to
ordering. All items in the store are final sale.

5. Quality Guarantee & Free Reprints
Although returns are not accepted, AJWT proudly stands behind its craftsmanship.
We offer free reprints for qualifying issues related to production, including:
• Misprints
• Incorrect items
• Wrong size or color sent
• Production-related damage
• Quality issues that do not meet production standards
To qualify, customers must report the issue within 14 days of delivery and provide:
• Photos of the issue
• A photo of the packing slip
• A photo of the item received
Issues reported after 14 days may not be eligible.
AJWT reserves the right to approve or deny claims based on the evidence provided.

6. Post-Delivery Follow-Up Email
After your order is delivered, you will receive a follow-up email where you can:
• Rate your order
• Report any quality concerns
• Submit a claim for a free reprint
If you don’t receive the email, you may contact us at merch@ajourneyworthtraveling.com and
we will resend the link. All quality claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

7. Final Sale Items
All AJWT items are final sale, including:
• Apparel
• Accessories
• Holiday items
• Intimates (boxers)
• Discounted items
• Gift cards
No returns or exchanges are offered for any category.

8. Shipping, Delivery & Lost Packages
Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided.
If a package is marked Delivered by USPS or UPS:
• AJWT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
• Customers must file a claim directly with the carrier
We only replace orders when tracking confirms the package was lost in transit before delivery.
Carrier delays do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

9. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
• Entering accurate shipping information
• Reviewing all product details before ordering
• Responding promptly to follow-up emails related to quality concerns
Incorrect addresses or missed delivery attempts do not qualify for reprints or refunds.

10. Intellectual Property
All AJWT designs, logos, creative content, and brand language including “A Journey Worth
Traveling” are protected intellectual property.
Customers may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or modify AJWT content or merchandise.

11. Policy Updates
AJWT may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site or
purchasing from our shop indicates acceptance of any changes.
