No Returns or Exchanges
Because every item is made specifically for you when your order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (including sizing, color preference, or change of mind).
Please review size charts, product descriptions, and photos carefully before purchasing.
Misprints, Damages, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives with a production error, we will reprint and resend it at no cost.
Qualifying issues include:
• Misprints
• Incorrect items
• Production-related damage
These issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the item, the issue, and the packing slip.
Final Sale Items
All items in the store are final sale, including:
• Sale/discounted items
• Holiday items
• Gift cards
• Intimates (including boxers)
• All apparel & accessories (made-to-order)
Follow-Up Email After Delivery
After your order arrives, you’ll receive a post-delivery email where you can:

These issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery so we can resolve them quickly. We proudly stand behind the craftsmanship of our products and offer reprints when production errors occur.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders begin production immediately.
For this reason, we cannot change, edit, or cancel orders once placed.
Processing & Shipping
• Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to ship.
• Shipping times vary by location.
• Tracking will be provided once shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages
• Once a package is marked Delivered by USPS/UPS, AJWT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• Please file a claim directly with the carrier.
• We only replace orders when tracking confirms the package was lost in transit before delivery.
